To get started, you'll simply fill out the quick form we’ll send your way. It contains all the essential details we need, including the property’s address, owner, type, and square footage.
We’ll perform a standard property review
To determine if the charity can accept your property, we'll perform a standard review that includes a title search, tax and lien search, and an environmental infractions assessment.

We’ll Handle the Paperwork and Send You the Closing Documents to Sign
We will send you the closing documents for your signature. From there, we’ll take care of the deed transfer and official recording, notifying all relevant state and municipal authorities to ensure a smooth and compliant process. We’ll also assume responsibility for property taxes, maintenance, and insurance. Once complete, you’ll receive a tax-deductible receipt for your records.
