1. Tell us about your car
Making a donation online takes just two minutes. We'll collect some basic information about your car - such as the year, make, and model. We accept almost any car regardless, of its condition.
2. Schedule a pickup time
Within 24 hours, we will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time - usually the same day or the next. You will receive a provisional receipt as proof of pickup.
3. Tax receipt
​We’ll begin the selling process of your vehicle right away through our network of auto auctions and resellers. Our goal is to get the highest possible price for your vehicle. Once the car is sold, we’ll promptly email you a tax-deductible receipt.

Do I need to be home for pickup?

You do not need to be present at the time of pickup. When the driver calls to schedule the pickup, just let them know you won’t be there, and leave the keys and signed title in the glove box for them to collect.
How much will my tax receipt be for?​

We adhere to the IRS guidelines when issuing tax receipts.
If your car sells for more than $500, your receipt will be for the sale price. ​ If it sells for less, you can deduct the fair market value, up to $500.​

The registered owner will need to sign some documentation. If we determine that a title will increase the resale value of your car, our title professionals will obtain a new one on your behalf and cover any associated costs.
